A Friend in Need

Duron needed to talk to Toni, so he stopped by her apartment to ask her for a heavy favor. He was struggling with his businesses and was going to have to close his doors. His businesses were his livelihood, so he had no other means of income. Another victim of the 2008 recession. He would have to sell his prized Corvette Convertible, to pay off his truck. And he would have to give up his bachelor’s pad. It wouldn’t be right away, but it would be soon. Their agreement was that he could stay for a while, but this was temporary, so that he could try to find a means of making a living, to eventually get his own place again.
